they should be included more often in bodybuilders training menus. sure, squats and GMs are good for legs, hams, glutes and abs, but DLs will also thicken your back in addition to working those same muscles that the squats/GMs do. however because of the CNS drain with deads, you obviously have to exercise alot more caution to prevent burning out.goiterjoe said:I enjoy doing them because of the amount of weight involved, but for bodybuilding purposes I find them to be extremely overrated. squatting deep and heavy good mornings give me better results.
