Okay this is 4 day split i cut out 2 days I normally go 6 days but I was told I was over training. Needsize 5x5 routine is kinda of the same I think. Is this to much volume? Em I doing to much? What do you not like about this routine? I'm trying to gain weight I', 6'2 195 6-8 percent bf goal is 220!
