whats your goal for this routine? bulking, power, leaning, etc....?
also, why do you have so much volume for chest and biceps, then low volume for triceps on a leg day? and where is your deadlifting? from what you have posted, i think it would be better to drop some of the bicep work, move biceps to your back day and triceps to you chest day. also, with the small amount of shoulder work you are doing, you could move shoulders to you bench day too and drop about half of your chest exercises.
you could think about doing something like this:
day 1- chest, tricpes, shoulders (2 lifts per muscle group)
day 2- legs, back, and biceps (2 lifts per muscle group)
day 3- off
day 4- chest, triceps, shoudlers (2 lifts per muscle group, or one lift with a higher rep range to or almost to failure)
day 5- legs, back, and biceps (2 lifts per muscle group, or one lift with a higher rep range to or almost to failure)
Day 6 and 7- off or cardio
and is this your first time using AAS?
