How long are you in the gym for?

When im training with my girl, its about 2 hours. But there is a lot of machine adjustment, and weight changes going on. Without her there i get it done in about 1-1/4 hours to about 1-1/2 hours. Plus cardio if im doing it that night. I want to try and start doing 20 minutes of cardio every day in the morning before i go to work, then lift in the evenings but i just have not worked up the will power yet.

Always seems about 45 minutes to an Hour by the time it's all said and done. If you are lifting and resting in between sets like you should you'll "finish" around the same time I'd wager. I'm also usually sleepy after I workout though, this may be due to a depletion of glycogen in my blood. Not sure about that though.

45 - 60mins. i work in the mines in australia so i work 5 days on 5 days off. so on my 5 days off i end up going twice. morning and night.

Would love to work in the mines, guess it's hard to get on though. Working out twice a day would be really nice ^_^

Might as well ask guys how long their dick is. Those numbers are all suspiciously round, and you can bet that nobody is rounding DOWN! ;-)
I try to get out in under 30 mins by working opposing muscle groups instead of resting. Hell, I'm happy to walk out in 20 minutes. (not including warm-up. I think counting the warm-up in your workout time is like measuring your dick on the underside and hoping that the lie will become true if you tell it to yourself enough!)

You shower at the gym?

The idea of that skeeves me out big time

I'm also really reluctant to do that, but I started rinsing my back&shoulders off recently before I put my street clothes on due to some bacne.

I just take off my shoes and shirt, leave my shorts on and bend at the waist to get my upper body wet. Throw everything in a plastic bag & wash it at home...not as bad as I thought it was going to be tbh.

Don't even see the fat girls get out in 20 minutes at my gym, and they don't have dicks.
