how long of needle for quads

Have been shooting glute only but its soar so how long of needle is best for quads....

1" for quads is great. u can also use a 1.5'' if u dont have a 1'' just dont poke it in all the way

I never pin without heating the oil first.

hmm is that why i have pain in my right side of the leg after the pin today i know that tomorrow i will have more pain!!!


how do you warm it up before u take it in to the pump and inject it??
because my first inject was the glute i had pain for 3 days and still little bit....and today i injected my right side of the leg and i have pain now i know when i sleep and wake up tomorrow i will have more pain.

i understand my friend...
but ill do like u said warm the vial up...ill put little water in the microwave then ill put the vial in the water and let the vial get warm then suck it up..
right?

I use 1.5", but my legs and booty are chubby. I would rather take the extra .5" and make sure its getting into the muscle.

yep. first time i did it with a 1" it didn't get into the muscle, and just went into the fat adipose. and then comes major swelling and limping for like 4 days. so go with a 1.5"
