How long to run Tren, Winny, Test Prop cycle?

I'm only on week four of my current (and first) Test E and Dbol cycle, but I'm slowly planning my next cycle which I will probably be starting early 2011 sometime. I definitely want to do a cutting cycle, so I've decided on the Tren, Test Prop and Winstrol (winny) cycle. Here's what I planned so far..

Test Prop @ 100mg ED weeks 1-12
Tren Ace @ 100mg ED weeks 1-7
Winny @ 50mg ED weeks 8-12

PCT:
HCG 2x a week throughout the cycle
Clomid for after the cycle is done

Now that's just a rough plan. But how does it look? I presume I have to change how long I run the Winstrol (winny) and Tren, and my PCT probably needs a little work.. but what do you guys think?

Tren changes body composition on it's own skip the winny.

1-10 Prop
1-8 TrenA
1-10 prami .25mg
1-10 aromasin 12.5 ED

3 days after last shot
4 weeks clomid 100/50/50/25

This sounds better, and will greatly decrease the cost of my next cycle. Only problem with this is I don't know if I can get a hold of some prami.. :/
