I just got off a bulk cycle not long ago with dbol test and deca. I'm about to finish up my post cycle therapy (pct) next week. how long do i need to wait after post cycle therapy (pct) before i start trying to cut the calories down a little bit. I wanna try to keep as much of my gains as possible and trim some of this unwanted fat i gained from the bulk cycle.

i wouldnt think of cutting calories or intense cardio for at least 6 weeks after post cycle therapy (pct) ends .

May I ask why 6 weeks? How did you come to that number? I do not disagree I was just wondering if there is some science behind it or if it is mainly empirical knowledge.

assuming you did the whole cycling things right, you got your blood work done before your cycle and know your natural test levels... I would wait about 3-4 weeks after your post cycle therapy (pct) , go to the dr. get your blood work done, and make sure your levels are back up to normal... then go crazy and cut all you'd like

so does this go for cutting cycles as well to ensure that you are keeping all your muscle mass. therefore, do you keep your diet clean till you start cardio 3 weeks after your post cycle therapy (pct) to maintain the gains/body fat loss from the cycle?

ok i'm about to go to the dr and get blood work done to check it out for a drug scrip i need. Could I ask him how my test levels look or something? I've never gotten blood work done to check for test levels so i really don't know how to go about that. And what if they are lower than normal because my natty test isn't fully back up yet, wouldn't that look suspecious?
