How many calories do you think a waiter burns during a 5-6 hour shift (busy place)

I'm trying to work this into my daily calories and i'm not very good at it haha.


Just some estimates how many calories do you think a server burns in a 6 hour shift in a fast paced restaurant..
 
This involves so many variables it like the DNA chain minus 30 strands and guessing what I look like....
How many cal s do u think a fast BMR guy burned having sex 2 in 10 hrs for 60 ms each with some one 36 percent their age ?

In the TDEE calc, you just choose active, and it does the math for you. From what I recall, it's around 650 calories added to your TDEE, but I haven't looked in awhile.

I think you can calcualte like walking 1H about 300kcal per hour if you go around all time 300x5 about 1500kcal per shift I did not worked this job just thinking you should know better how many minutes per hour you walking? ??? then google how much walking burns per hour.
 
If you are busy moving, you are burning calories. I never heard about waiters standing around. I would think it would be similar to a brisk walk for 5-6 hrs.
 
Theres no real definitive answers to this,because so many factors can take place, from speed and pace, height, weight ect..

Now, According to Harvard Medical School, someone who weighs 125 pounds will burn about 240 calories per hour walking at a slow pace of 3.5 miles per hour, which is a 17-minute mile, and burn about 270 calories walking one hour at a more brisk pace of 4 miles per hour, which is a 15-minute-mile...

So you see, so many variables here!
