how many cyckes can you do a year?

I understand if you do a 8 week cycle you need to take off 8 weeks, but can you do that over and over for the hole year or are you only supposed to do one or two cycles a year?

Time on + post cycle therapy (pct) = time off.
Usual minimum for a cycle is 12 wks, max IMO for a recreational user would be 22wks. So 1 or 2 cycles a year.

So at 12 week cyxles you could.do 2 a year. Is it ok to do that for several years strait?

Time on = Time off, So technically you could do two a year but IMO I vote for one longer one a year instead.

Time on does equal time off. I do about 2-3 cycles a year.

Actually going to start doing summer only cycles, starting in 2013 with nothing less than Tren & test of course.

what they said is solid advice or even twice time off as time on isn't a bad thing... always give your guys and receptors feeling fresh bro. Just remember that if you do different types of gear after each other it helps your receptors to stay fresh.

NO, Time on + PCT = Time OFF. Or at least that's how it's supposed to be..

I underatand that 3d. I wasaskimg diesel because he said he does 9 month long cycles and does one a year. That would only give him 3 months rest

you can do whatever you want, time on + pct = time off is a good rule of thumb, but it doesnt mean that everyone will recover from that. Everyone is different, some may need more time off, some can get away with almost none and bounce right back. There are alot of factors involved i think. It's really more of a matter of how much a risk your willing to take imo.
