Hi there Im about to finish my current cycle and was thinking of changing the routine to get more rest as I'm losing motivation and I'm wondering if I'm working too many days. My current routine is 3 Days on 1 Day Off. I was thinking of going 1 Day On 1 Day Off with maybe cardio on those off days.
Is this good or would be like 3 Days On 3 Days Off be better.
My training is Day 1: Arms/Abs, Day 2: Chest/Legs/Obliques Day 3: Back/Shoulders/Abs Day 4: Rest Day 5: Repeat
So to get to my main question is how many days a week do you work out on a cycle and naturally? Thanks for any responses.
