How Many Days A Week Do You Workout Natural And On Cycle?

Hi there Im about to finish my current cycle and was thinking of changing the routine to get more rest as I'm losing motivation and I'm wondering if I'm working too many days. My current routine is 3 Days on 1 Day Off. I was thinking of going 1 Day On 1 Day Off with maybe cardio on those off days.

Is this good or would be like 3 Days On 3 Days Off be better.

My training is Day 1: Arms/Abs, Day 2: Chest/Legs/Obliques Day 3: Back/Shoulders/Abs Day 4: Rest Day 5: Repeat

So to get to my main question is how many days a week do you work out on a cycle and naturally? Thanks for any responses.
 
I like 1 on 1 off with cardio on the off days. IMHO without AAS anything over 4 (maybe 5 if you have really good recovery) days a week is counterproductive.
 
I train five on two off in most cases. and cardio on the other two days off. I have been recovering pretty well lately though.

You train legs and chest on the same day? that's crazy man after legs I am dead
 
I usually do 5 on two off as well. Natural or not. But then again I atick with lighter cycles of just test maybe a bit of anavar
 
i train 3 on 1 off, but i train whatever feels good. i use my body to tell me what to train, if i was planning on doing chest and i felt tight or stiff i would miss chest and do a different body part.
i dont think theres any point in training extra when on cycle personally, as when i have trained extra, it hasnt seemed to be anymore benificial.
 
Whatever you do.... Legs get their own day! Start with heavy ass squats... Do your issolations in the middle... End with deads. You should walk funny and want to take a nap after that!
Friends don't let friends skip leg day.
 
Every other day for me as well. And I keep back and legs as far apart as possible. I do deadlifts on back day not kegs.
 
Cool thanks for the answers. I do leg day with chest since legs is my least favorite part and chest is the one I want to get best at so for motivation and to release most hormones I do it together.
 
doing legs and chest in the same day arnt u putting the blood to your legs then trying to get it to your chest or vice versa? Im on a 2 on 1 off, 2 on , 2 off schedual now seems to be working great..
day 1 shoulders, tris
day2 back
day 3 off
day 4 chest, bis
day 5 legs
days 6 and 7 off
 
Well they say you need to focus on legs cause squats and deadlifts release most horomes in body and I want my chest to hijack that. I havent found a problem yet by doing both if nothing else I work harder on my legs cause I'm more focused on chest so its a win win.
