How many days off of Test Cyp to start test Prop?

How many days off test Cyp would you take after last injection to start prop and potentially keep your levels as steady as possible?
 
Since CYP has a 2 week life line id wait 1 week after last pin then start prop. Or just start the prop for your next injection.
