How many mg ephedrine for fat loss?

I saw on this site that they have 25mg tabs of ephedrine for pretty cheap.


How many mg's are needed, daily, for fat loss?

8-12 is some recommendations I have heard, but that kinda kills the 25mg tab. I have some 8mg tabs coming for my wife to start the EC stack! I am starting her at 8mg/200mg 30 min. before gym on workout days only.
 
people generally work there way up to a single 25mg tab three times per day.

so 75 mg is about the maximum generally recommended.

lower dosage = less fat loss.
 
I lost about 40 pounds over a month and a half, and i was taking about 50mg a day with caffeine and aspirin some say you don't need the aspirin but i took it anyway i head 1 a day is good for you. Just make sure you run when you take it or you will just be wasting it, i only ran about 15-20 min a day usually about 4-5 times a week anyway good luck.
 
Is the ephiderene good for competition like cutting ? or just shedding the fat for fat guys ( 25+% BF ) ?

im asking this because im around 13% now and would like to drop to 9-10%, still trying to figure out whats best for this.
 
i 2nd the 25mg 3x a day for optimumal fat loss. this may have to be worked up to. First time i took 25mg, i thought my heart was going to explode in the gym. But later on, three was not that bad.

this completely depends. some people can get to 5% without thermogenics, some people need high dose DNP inferno cycles stacked with t3/clen/test/etc.

you could probably manage 9-10% without EC, the EC will just make it easier/quicker to get there.
 
losing weight is simply about a solid diet. this extra stuff just makes the process quicker
 
How much do you guys think supplements really work in lowering bodyfat?

I think too many people rely on an OTC pill rather than diet + cardio.

If there was a better fat buring pill than Cardio+Diet there would not be so many fat people out there. People are fat 99.9% of the time because they are lazy. They don't want to put in the energy in cardio and don't have the mental toughness to eat healthy, instead pop a couple pills and cross your fingers.

Whether you take 8mg or 2000mg of ephedrine, you are not going to get results unless all your cards are lined up Diet + Cardio + Supplements (which are not all that important).

it is legally purchusable in the US...you ahve to jump through a couple rings but it is legally possible without a script.

yes thats per dose not per day. I sometimes run it up to 50mg per dose, but Im not recommending that. Its just my own personal dose, usually before a Max OT cardio session.

Take the ephedrine and caffeine. It's not "just" going to make it "easier/quicker to get there". It will also improve your results, so you lose more fat and less muscle. EC is protein sparing through a mild anabolic effect. The difference can be very significant.

Alright guy's this is my first post. Basically I'm 6'3 and 265, A couple of years ago I lost a lot of weight by crash dieting BAD IDEA. I put it back on and more. I was just wondering if I should consider steroids or ephadrine for when I go to the gym, my body fat is around 25%. I know a good diet is key and I've been doing that consitently for a couple of weeks but I want fast results to be honest. I hace a lot of mates who are in really good shape, they all say I have a good frame to start weights straight away but I needed some more advice.. Thanks in advance people.
 
There is no such thing as a quick fix.

Keep up with the diet and cardio. That will do far more than any pill
