how many mg's of b6 should I take with m1t

I have heard a lot of people talk about taking b6 to prevent gyno while taking m1t and I was just curious as to about how much I would want to take?

You don't..really...need it but hell you can take 600mg ED if you like.

It won't do you any harm.

just take 200-300mgs a day
