how many times a week do you do cardio while on cutting cycle?

Even when off a cycle I don't do any cardio unless and until my metabolism start s slowing down and I stop losing fat. I then throw in a session of HIIT, repeat with another session every time the fat loss stalls.

On cycle I don't think ill ever do cardio.

I'm actually more cut I think now that I do none...

I used to walk or run on treadmill and now that I dont do it... I look leaner

I do 6 days a week BUT I'm a VERY EASY gainer and have found it's the only thing that keeps the fat in check. I personally (for me) see no issues with slowing my muscle gain either. I gain just as much muscle with heavy cardio then without, only difference is it's leaner with... but like I said, I can gain 5 pounds of mass by just looking at a steak. :) Blessing and curse.
I'll do EITHER 25-30 min's first thing in the morning or 30-45 minutes in the evening.
 
Right now I am doing 20 - 30 minutes x 4 days per week

Tredmill = 6 - 8% incline at around 3.2 speed
