how many times can you gain of 500 mg test cycle?

In my first cycle I have gained 22 lbs, now I don't know what to do, increase to dosage to 750 mg or do it again like last time. I am afraid not to waist the gear by having small gains this second time.
 
U have 1 cycle under your belt, correct.
Waist gear ? A 50 percent increase dosage will not guarantee anything.
How u eat, train rest , re cup will though. 500 is fine.

To many young inexperienced people place waaaaay to much RELIANCE on AAS , doses, stacks etc. Years in the gym are what you need.

Of that 22 pds if HALF was pure muscle I ll kiss ur ass. But water looks good in a shirt.

How long has it been since you finished pct from your first cycle? Like T said, you gave us very little to go on.
 
If you add anabolics, it has to be have minimal side effect. Like primo.

define "Gains" .. pros that have been taking cycles for the last 20 years still make 'Gains' on their Test cycles, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. again, depends on your definition of 'gains' and what your specific goals are.
 
Since I know nothing about you here is my general advice. Get bloods done and make sure your testosterone has went back to normal levels, and be off of sferoids for the ammount of time you were on before you start your next cycle.

People make gains off of there natural testosterone levels for years so you should be able to continue to make decent gains for at least a cycle or two off of 500mg's as long as you focus on diet and training. Upping dosages each cycle is a bad approach. Just like regular natural weight lifting you will hit limits that with propper nutrition, and work out routines you can get past. Try getting a nutritionist to help you with your bulking or cutting goals if you are stalling or want to hit the next level before upping your dosages. I recommend hitting up 3j our diet guru and getting on one of his plans. 3j is a great guy and can help you get in the shape you want to without upping your dosages.

If you are hell bent on upping the dosage I would personally not raise the testosterone I would recomend something more on the lines of lowering the testosterone to 400mgs and adding in d-bol, winstrol, t-bol or EQ. My first choice would still be to hit up 3j, and stay at 500mg's of testosterone you would be suprised what a great diet plan can do for you.

good question I would like to know same answer. I also gained 10kg 22 lbs I don't think I had much water if any I'm now 3 weeks off and weight is same. I gained in waist some 2-3 cm but abs still visible like before maybe some visceral fat that's about it.
So I'm now 31, 236lbs at 6'4 at BF about 12%.
IF I train eat SAME like on this cycle what can I expect to gain next cycle if that would be also 500mg test E week.?
I train 4 times per week mostly just major exercises bench press dips incline DB press squats deadlifts chinups DB curls shrugs barbell rows that's it. Eat 2-3 big meals per day lot of meat protein shake after gym etc. I don't know how many calories never counted them. Now I'm back to IF eating 2x per day.

want to know how much 'wet weight' you really gained on cycle (ie., water, blood, glycogen stores).. deplete your carbs and salt down to zero for two weeks, but increase the fat and protein and don't go into a calorie deficit. If you loose 15 pounds its 15 pounds of water weight (not muscle). therefore your net 'muscle' gain from the cycle is 5 pounds.

most gains are water weight,, that's just how it works. nothing wrong with getting 'swole' and having full muscles and filling out a shirt,, but the weight is far from all muscle gains.

you can continue to make gains the next cycle, but don't just keep doing the same thing over and over. You'll have to adjust. your body will just stay in homeostasis without you pushing it and forcing it to change.
 
Think of it this way bro: If you can continue to make gains every year in the gym on your natural testosterone, wouldn't it be the same if you go into supraphysiologic levels of testosterone? You would obviously gain a lot more and a bit faster, but you will keep gaining weight if you eat, sleep and train right.

The dose of testosterone does not directly correlate to the amount of muscle you will gain. You can't be more anabolic than anabolic. I still keep test at 250mg in all my cycles. My current cycle is 250mg test and 600mg deca. I have done about 5-6 cycles and this is the first time going over 500mg for any compound.

Before we can help you with a second cycle though, we need your stats mate.
