How much caffeine at one time?

Im loving caffeine, its really helping me blast thru my sets, ive currently been taking too much because ive been getting dizzy and feeling sick and find it hard to sleep sometimes,

im thinking around no more then 200-300mg caffeine should be taken at once?

What do you think?
 
I try to keep my pre-workout caffeine at 200mg (I workout at 5am). I then have a small coffee around 10am (100mg) and another at 1pm.

If I am using thermos, I cut out the coffee.

The more you take, the more you need.
