how much cardio needs to be done in proportion to weight training?

just heard that too much cardio can hinder muscle gains?

Will be taking Winstrol (winny), primo and clen 4 an 8 wk course
 
It really depends on your goals.
Yes, too much cardio can be just as bad as not enough. If you're trying to lean out, well yes, cardio has to be incorporated in there as well but weight training should not be neglected.
What are your goals?
How many times a week are you training with weights now?
 
am currently training 5 days a week, but doing minimal cardio sessions at mo!

my goal is to get as lean as possible without losing muscle

weigh 210lbs at 5ft 10" 16%bf
