how much cardio to cut?

just looking for a general Consensus of ppl that have completed cutting cycles before and how much cardio they put out in the course of a week.

currently i'm about 13%bf looking to hit 9-10%
 
25 minutes/day medium pace walk (3.7) on t-mill pre-workout, 15 minutes jump rope every other day post work out, 1 hour walk outside/day in the evening, boxing/eod/e3d

thats my cardio routine, works for me...
 
hows that workin out for you chief? ... are you noticeing a loss ,, and if so at what rate? .. with my current workout i'm seeing about a lb a week steadily. to a tune of 4lbs total so far.... which i don't even notice !!! sucks !
 
ive lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks, about 2-2.5% bf%. I went from a size 36 waist to a tight 33... and im netting around .5 pound a day (i flux 3-5 lbs/day due to extreme loss of water weight, i do insane cardio and work a physical job).

i seem to be burning fat and increasing/stabilizing lean muscle growth, ive noticed my bi's, shoulders, back getting bigger and more cut, and i dont have to wear my big boy pants anymore....
 
im going to the gym in about 15 minutes or so, and ill take my bf% again and weigh myself... the key to sucess is keeping your diet in check... i do everything i can to meet my daily requirements i have set and calculated with regular food, and supplement that with shakes...if i cant get it in food, i have some n large that i usually only drink at 5 am (3/4 serving), but for instancde, i took a nap for 4 hours midday yesterday (i overslept) and missed 2 meals, so i drnak another n large shake which got me back on track (but my carbs were a little high yesterday, but you cant be perfect allthe time)
 
if your on steroids dont worry about losing muscle with large amounts of cardio... last summer i did 45 min of cardio a day 4 times a week, usually about 15 minutes on a stationary bike then 30 on the treadmill.... i dropped about give or take 6% bf over the period of 4 months, and i got stronger (thanks to tren and high protein :D )

do yourself a favor and do it in the morning... you can take your ECA or Clen before you run... it will give you the drive you need that early and it will help burn fat.
