I keep reading 75gs but i took out my scale and thats 8 friggin teaspoons of sugar... i almost threw up when i looked at the amount of sugar id be puttin in the bloody thing. First thought was "diabetes"
When gaining 100g. or about 6 tablespoons. When cutting 50g or about 3 tablespoons. 50g. of protein both gaining and cutting. Dextrose freakin rocks. When im using 100g. its so sweet it hurts, but hey...its better than some crap you could drink.
