Inked unless you a natural in a shirt dont expect to get 300 out of for a long long time..and even at that only a few are getting that much..
pullinbig said:people who compete in shirts rarely train raw bench. there are so many different styles of shirt that give varying degrees od support as well. it is impossible to answer your question. some guys cant use a shirt. raw bench and shirted benching are two completely different lifts. i have nmerous guys get a shirt and after a while give up on it. if you not competing using a shirt is sensless unles you doing it for shoulder support. the biggest mistake guys who get a shirt make is trying to figure it out by themselves. wasted hours, days and months are spent trying to dial it in without litttle to no progress. its an art and not a bench.
