How much do you think I can gain on this cycle?

Planning on doing a tren/test/tbol cycle

here it is:

1-14 Prop Test (300mg/week)
1-4 Tren Ace (330mg/week)
5-12 Tren Ace (495mg/week)
11-14 T-Bol (60mg/ED)

I am 190lbs, 12% bf, and I am pretty sure i didn't reach my genetic potential just yet, I know what everybody is going to say.. "Wait to do this", "You are not ready" and this kind of things, but Ive made my decision and if you can put the judgment aside and help me I would be very grateful. BTW, I am 23 yo.

So, how many pounds of muscle do you think I can put on and how many pounds of fat do you think I can shred off? If any, I mean.
 
diet couldnt be better, this is my second cycle, and i will eat how much I need to achieve the goals, judge my question assuming I have a spot on diet

my goal is simple, gain the most mass I can without gaining any or even losing fat
 
May I possibly just suggest Test E or C for 12 weeks and Tbol for 6 weeks at 60mg in the beginning of the cycle. If you didn't already buy what you posted, I wouldn't personally run that cycle.

Tren is pretty harsh stuff, I wouldn't recommend running it on only your second cycle, I would run test with a fast acting oral for a second cycle. Not knocking your cycle, just think its a little much for a second cycle.

BTW what was your first cycle duration/mg/lbs gained etc..
 
I just would like to throw out that i hope you've done enough research to know what your getting yourself into. I was the same age as you when i had to go the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) route. It was after only my second cycle also. After what i happened to me i really regret not waiting a few years, maybe things would be different.
 
If gear is legit, I would say 25-35 pounds if first cycle. Not LEAN pounds but you will look much better than before. Go up a couple percent in body fat but nothing drastic. 12% is decently lean.
 
You may be humbled by the tren sides especially whenever you are doing it at 500mgs a week. This cycle is completely unnecessary for you IMO. Sorry
 
my first cycle was deca 400mg/week, d bol first 4 weeks 50mg ED, and test E 500mg/week.. ran it for 16 weeks, gained 30lbs, but I would say 8-10lbs came from water, but I am happy with the final results. I like to see ppl worried about me, but I am ready to run this cycle, I may even change the dosages if you think that I wont be able to take fully advantage from this much. I wanted to throw t bol on the last weeks for 2 reasons, 1 being possible plateau, and 2 being a bridge til the post cycle therapy (pct), cuz from my experience from deca, i was fully recovered 3 weeks in pct (had blood work done), and I believe that running test for 3 weeks after last deca shot definetly helps, cuz 19 nors can be a pain in the ass to recover from. I not only did a full research on every little thing, as I am still doing it, the only thing i know for sure is that I am running this no matter what, I know its risky, but I am fully aware of the sides and else. hcg will be ran during cycle, and pct will be mainly clomid/tamox. adex will be ran throughout the cycle too, 1mg/EOD
 
hope you have several places on ur body that you're comfortable pinning with. Pinning in the ass eod can get old real fast lol :P
 
I tend to agree with the crowes to wait on the tren. Most if the folks that I know run tren are vets with plentynof cycles under their belt. I am sure you will do as u wish vut tren from research and stories has a nasty way of coming back to bite uou in the ass....no wait on ur nutsack.
 
If you are DEAD SET on doing this cycle I would at least like to see you start your tren dose low. Also I think the cycle is too long for you with it being short esters. I think 8-10 weeks sounds better

you dont get it... aas will do nothing for you if you dont diet and train with excellence. you no ready for the gear mang.
 
tren lol are you joking just run test you have nobusiness adding anything until you know what you are doing and test cycles are not working any more, the cycle you suggested is a serious one and once youve completed it where do you go from there ?
also milder cycles are easier to keep from this is a waste and very stupid and youll find it harder to recover and possibly gain if you cant control sides which will lead to less gains than if you cycled properly and recovered, food for thought ?
stick to test....

oh 14 weeks test prop ? use test e or youll be covered in pin holes and scarr tissue run the tbol as a kicker to the test e and thats it..
 
Guy's really, do you think you can talk him out of this. He seems pretty set and just wants advice on what he has. Just give him the OK and he will learn from his mistakes like most of us. He seems to know it all anyways.

That doesnt mean people have to teell him what he wants to hear. People are just as entitled to express their thoughts as they are to tell him what he wants to hear.
As far as the OP question - it is impossible to answer. Also I honestly dont think its the most prudent way to go either IMO.

I agree with you, but everyone who posts is talking him out of it and he doesn't really care. Let him do it. Who knows he could end up ok and jacked as fuck in the end. This is his second cycle, he wants to incorporate different substances. I would not recommend the Tren but some people tolerate the sides differently.
 
thanks for everybody responses. for the ones who dont believe on my diet plan and trainning schedule, well, I cant prove to you that I am doing everything right, all I can say is this: I do not cheat, ever. I dont skip meals, I wake up every fucking day 30min prior to what I could just to cook my fucking egg whites, that shit takes YEARS to cook lol, i take my stuff pretty serious, I am no idiot, I read books, I read researchs, I get my blood works done, I watch my body's answers to the changes I make, but again, I cant prove it to you, so yeah, thats it. anyway, I didnt want to sound like a newb who wants to get big no matter what, I just wanted to know what is the average gains that YOU have from cycles like this, just so I can have a firm foundation, something to compare with, thats all
