How much fat for a lean mass diet?

I'm on a lean mass cycle ..750 mg test enth, 600 eq, 50 mg win dep ed w/ nolva and fem ed.
My diet is very clean and balanced (not low carb). I eat 5-6 meals ed..every 3 hrs. each meal has 65-75 g carb 50g protein, and fat-however much is in 8 oz chicken breast or 8 oz eyeround trimmed.
8 oz broccoli or froz spinach w/ 3 of those meals.

Mostly consists of oatmeal, boil swt. potato, brn. rice, corn, chicken brst, egg whites... eye round beef on occasion--low on $ else it would be dinner every night

This ratio worked well in the past for lean growth, but I feel like food such as this just burns right through me.. l'm not gaining, and I'm less than 175lbs, very lean..Should I up my fats or complex carbs.
I'm thinking of adding flax oil 3xs a day just to up my cals while minimizing fat gain.
I'm eating more and more often than some guys over 200 who are not lean.

Sounds like you could use more fat. But here's a tip that misses most people: add ANIMAL fat. Adding flax oil won't do much for testosterone levels. Low animal and saturated fat is a recipe for low testosterone levels and low gains.

Eat NO LESS than 100g of animal fats a day. For bulking the sky's the limit...200+g a day is fine. Just don't throw it all in over night if you're used to low fat, otherwise your digestive system might not be able to handle it (like your gallbladder).

Include things like non-lean beef, full fat cheese, whole milk, cream, butter, chicken wings, bacon, whole eggs, etc.
