Okay, so here's the deal.
I typically do two muscle groups a day.
Example: Back/Tris. Chest/Bis. I'll mix it up, it's not always the same.
I really like to work out 6 days a week if I can. Sometimes I'll work out 4 - 6 days straight before taking a day off, always mixing up muscle groups.
I don't know as much as I would like about lifting routines, so I pretty much go in there and might do for example... 8 different work outs for a muscle group with like 3 sets of 8 - 10 reps of each. Most of the time each set is a bit heavier than the one before.
So, I pretty much just work out until I feel the muscle group is good and worked. Basically I work it until it burns good enough to where I can hardly lift anymore.
I know there is such thing as too much, so I'm asking for some input! I hate days I have to take off, and I hate training light even more. How hard can I push myself and still have it be okay?
