It would hel if we knew what your cycle was? I usually like to start at .25 eod if im around 500mgs/test /week ...but really seeing your cycle would be very helpful before just throwing numbers out there. For example if you are running test and eq with a dbol kick start that totally changes the game and very likely requires a higher dose than .25 eod.
^^ agree with above...better to start low and bump the dosage up if you have to. Start at .25mg eod and go from there. Since this is your first cycle you dont know how sensitive you are to estro sides but some people have to start from day 1 to avoid them, while others start in the 2nd or 3rd week. i'd say the average person should start in week 2. Just monitor yourself and look for sides to pop up.

Id do .25mg eod. You have to start from day one. Most people do not realize it but test levels in the blood increase 5x normal levels within hours of your first test injection....all subject to aromatization. start from day one , .25 eod , up if needed. Good luck bro!

With an oral syringe. Rui usually includes one, but if they don't, you can buy one (or get it for free sometimes) from your pharmacy. I like to put the drops under my tongue for a few seconds before swallowing, but I doubt it makes a difference.

Yes its taken oral.
How so?-> draw dose, put in mouth and swallow. (I like to add a sip of water after dosing)
