84kg= 185 lbs
BF= Don't really know...something like 12-14
I'm going to run a cycle consisting of 400mg EQ/week 10 weeks
and winstrol week 8-13 50mg EOD.
I want to get solid muscle mass and loose a bit of fat at the same time.
(Want the abs to come out nice )
I guy told me to not eat more than 200grams of carbs/day and the rest of my food should consist of protein and fat.
My total intake of calories will be somewhere around 2500. (too little when on a cycle??...I don't want to loose any muscles..only gain)
Do you think this idea of just eating 200gram of carbs is a good one??
Should I increase or decrease....any suggestions are appreciated!
