How much omega 3 is enough while on TEST ONLY cycle?

supplementing with omega 3 is not necessary with any AAS cycle.. regardless, if you do not get enough fats in your diet from things like salmon, then go ahead and supplement with it, but being on cycle has nothing to do with needing more omega 3s.

I've heard testosterone decreases HDL cholesterol.

you want omega fatty acids?? eat fish.. salmon is a great way to get the right fats in...

stop wasting your money on supplements.. whole foods is king

cholesterol is an extremely complex subject and there are lots of medical debates currently around this topic,, changing ideas that we always thought were 'bad' or 'good' regarding cholesterol. more research is needed in regards to exogenous testosterone usage and cholesterol..

as 3J said,, it a healthy food based diet with plenty of good fats and you don't need to worry about a certain 'supplement' just because your taking test.

supplementing with omega 3 surely won't hurt, but also is not needed.. if you are not getting enough fats in through diet, and don't like things like salmon, then take it.. I take it and noticed less 'inflammation' when I do, but its not part of any trt or aas protocol

Testosterone is completely natural to the body, therefore no supplementation of any kind is really needed - just keeping your E2 in check with an AI.. zinc may be beneficial as a supplement to take as a natural AI.

but being in an anabolic state while on cycle -- up your protein intake, if going awhile between meals then supplementing with the BCAA L-Leuicine may be beneficial to keep the 'anabolic switch' on.

I dont think i have to use AI. My testosterone is 1050 now and e2 is 23.

this is with a low TRT dose of test ?

a test only cycle at say 600mg a week should put you at >2500 test,, and raise your e2 enough through the aromatization process to warrant use of an AI.

While my testosterone is 500, my e2 was 24.

That doesn't really answer Roush's questions. What dose are you using. And, it seems highly weird that your e2 is 1 point lower at 1050 than it was at 500. That's pretty much impossible. And at a Test level of 1050 I would not call that a cycle. I would call that Testerone Replacement Therapy. If you are using, say, 500mg of test a week, and your Test is 1050 your gear is HIGHLY under dosed.

Whatever. So you guys tell me if i'm on test only cycle, i shouldnt be concerned about cholesterol or heart problems, right?

High test can impact your lipids a bit but it's only temporary... nothing to be too concerned about. Fish oil supplementation is a fantastic idea though & provides a huge host of benefits. As others said do your best to get some EFAs in your diet as well. Both on and off cycle, it's just healthier.
