How much Protein/carb's/cal's is enought?

I am 6'1 240lbs now. I am on 100m fina eod, and goin to start sus 750m/week.I heard your suspose to intake 1g of protein for every pound you weigh. I am trying to gain some size but also get some more definition. I hear people talk about consuming 5,000 cal a day and stuff like that. How would you figure this out for yourself? Like how much cal/carb's to intake? Or not to intake. Any advice could much help me out.
