How much protein should i be taking in, in a day

ive heard so many different things from other people... I wanna know how much protein powder i should take in in a day. Do i take a certain amount of powder and count my daily intake of protein through my meals too, or just worry about powder intake????
 
Yes count all protien consumed meals shakes snacks remember shakes are a supplement not the source of your intake, post i'n the diet forum very knowledgeable bros there
 
You want to get as much of your protien from food as possible. If you have to supplement a shake I would make it immediately after training or casien before bed.
 
to much protein shakes makes you hold water so dont abuse the shit out of it use minimum ....foods are foods...eat shit load amount of eggs pre and post workout...and see the great pump....to give that to u .. supplement industry will charge you high and nobody knows how much genuine their products.....and people buy it.real bodybuilders dont buy their shit.

I didn't know that.

I'm going to start using egg white protein would they have the same effect as whey and casein on the water absorption.

hmm actually i dont know exactly....i am not that deep into these protein supplement...i find them garbage....i judge anything from the response of my body.....and raw eggs...they are one of the most anabolic type of food...they build lean muscle...unlike meat who makes you hold little water and blurred line a bit......and i have never had tried egg protein powder....but i think they can be good..anything made of eggs should be good.. ..how good when compared to whey and casein ?? dont know exactly man..i am not expert in it because i have dismissed them long time ago..some are more garbage some are less garbage:bigok: lol
