How much Vit B-12?

the oral kind, or injectible?

if youre using the oral kind to increase your appetite, it wont happen. You need the injectible.

if you just want to know for supplemental diet reasons, dont most multi vitamins include b12? 100 mcg is 1667%, which is whats in my ISS vitamins.

What purpose would you be supplementing with it for? Just to reach your daily requirements or something else?

why would people inject vit b12? what effects could it have?
Many people notice zero benefit, but there are the few that claim to have increased appetite or energy.

B-12 is good for those with B12-deficiency anemia.

But not to worry; you can't really overdose on B12. Most of whatever you inject is just quickly excreted.

I used 1-2 mg ED and then tapered my use because it does very very very very little if anything at all.

1mg 2x EW should be plenty. That's way over what the doctor gives people who are actually defficient.
