Just finished week six of test/ deca......600/400. I have never been one to max out on anything because I never had a particular goal as far as weight lifting went. My goal was to get in and get it done... regardless of the max. Also, I am prone to shoulder pain so I never pushed my bench weight until now.
I am 5'8", 200 lbs.....bf is prob around 15-18%...33 years old.
I usually work out with 185-205 and no more than 225 on flat bench so I had no idea what to expect but at 5:30 in the morning the other day before work I went in and maxed 295 and immediately after was unable to get 315 and 305 in that order. Pretty good for me IMO.
Just curious where you guys are at on bench compared to you're height and weight.
Before this is over I will have a max on squat and deadlift as well.
