Thats my current weights i use. The heaviest i ever lifted was 280. I max out at 215 now. I have been out of the game for a bit, so everything dropped. Sorry if ya didnt understand it. I'll word better next time.
Never tried Max but I do 275x 8-10, my stats are 5'7 185 bout 13% bf age 21, power lifting stance I'd imagine I could do 305 but I have shoulder issues

315x3 incline, never do flat anymore just a few sets of flys to keep lower pecs stimulated
Hoping to cautiously bring it up by 10-15lbs this cycle
Short arms help but I'm not getting any younger
I haven't hit my 1rm in a looooooooooooong time, but being tall - I was happy with a 450lb max in my 20's. It kind of sucks having a big wingspan since I have that extra couple inches to go for proper form with a flat bench press. But on the same token, I am now more about just focusing on the squeeze of the muscles and maintaining proper form. I am tempted to see how high I can go now that I'm getting a taste of tren though, just need to find a goddamn spotter that isn't afraid of letting me struggle a bit.
Y'all make me look bad haha. I'm 6'0, 225 lbs benching 225 for bout 6-8 reps. Max is only 265. Ill have to work on that more after seeing all of y'all on here haha.
