I'm curious to hear from you guys how often you work out your chest, and how many sets you do for it. I do mine once per week, 65-70 minute sessions, 16-17 sets.
Here is what I did last:

3 warmup sets (I have a terrible shoulder so I need to warm up really good before a workout)
Barbell Inclines

225x10
245x8
Dumbell Inclines
80x8
90x8
100x8
Machine Press
3 sets to failure
Dips
2 set to failure
