i read yesterday that somebody said maxing is stupid and just for the ego. Dumbest thing ive ever heard... i have been on cycle for 6 weeks (mid point) and am going to max on my bench monday, and squat wednesday, and dead lift friday. is this a good time to max? i am going to do it regardless because people in the gym r begging me too. lol. i will also be maxing 7 days after last pin. and then again before next cycle around spring. this is how i do it? just wanting to hear your thoughts and see when others max, that is if they do.
