how often should u max?

i read yesterday that somebody said maxing is stupid and just for the ego. Dumbest thing ive ever heard... i have been on cycle for 6 weeks (mid point) and am going to max on my bench monday, and squat wednesday, and dead lift friday. is this a good time to max? i am going to do it regardless because people in the gym r begging me too. lol. i will also be maxing 7 days after last pin. and then again before next cycle around spring. this is how i do it? just wanting to hear your thoughts and see when others max, that is if they do.
when i am not on cycle i max maybe once every 6 months or so. Cheers buys
 
we train diffrent fraz if I was training like you maybe 2 twice in cycle its shocks your nervous system and makes you weaker so dont over do it

It was only for fun, but some unnamed menbers take the whole thing way to serious and get all bent out of shape if they get a negative comment.

They even think the more "rep" points they have means they're smarter and should be taken more serious....what a fuckin' joke......LOL

If all you kiddies behave I may reinstate that "rep function" one day.

i just read that actually. hmm... thats funny. i dont really care cuz i never get repped anyway. but sucks not being able to rep others
