How should I start bodybuilding?

Hi, I'm currently 5'11" and 145 lbs 21 yrs old. I have always been smaller and never been able to gain weight even in high school I was the same weight. yesterday I got sick of it and got a membership to the gym. I bought a can of Animal Pak online and really have no idea what supplements I should start taking along with it. It's been forever since I got advice on what I should take to get bigger. I just don't know what to buy, I'm not against any type of supplements except injecting steroids lol?
 
reason I asked couse u want to start bodybuilding u r 5 '11 ,145 pound u must be ripped then ,if ur ripped u began bodybuilding just got to work to get the mass without steroids..
 
u'r going to need to eat fat if u want mass!..when I want mass, I eat extra large pizza twice a ed,thats a hole pie twice ed,to get the mass quick,just eat eat eat , dont worry about fat now ..and about vitamins look around here, u r going to get good prices..

The first thing you need to do is start lifting weights if you haven't already. Then eat alot of protein to help build muscle.
 
It's not easy, but your best bet is to EAT A LOT. Eat like there's no tomorrow...literally! Train hard and keep focus. You may be motivated now to get big, but in a few weeks or a couple months you may lose some motivation. Just keep your head up high and working hard. If you eat right and train hard, you'll see real nice gains!
 
Just dont worry bout anyone else but your own progress bro. Remember that everyones body is different and even though youve always been smaller, you can put on some good size and walk around with your head held high.

Oh and dont by fitness mags like muscle&fitness or muscle mag. Just come here and listen to what the people here can tell you bout it.

Also, always remember that the most important three factors to being successful at bodybuilding is as follows:

1. Nutrition. This means eat eat eat and then when your full, eat some more. Since your young and natually skinny, you probably shouldnt worry that much about fat but do not go overboard with unhealthy food either. Plenty of PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN. tuna chicken beef.

2. Intensity. This means that when your in the gym, dont worry bout anything else but working your damn ass off and i promise it will pay off. Of course you wanna train correctly so dont go lifting the heaviest possible weight you can find. But train with a very good intensity to get very good results.

3. Stick with it no matter what! This obviously means that the biggest reason people quit this sport is because they cant persevere and give up. If you just stick through the tough times, you will thank yourself later and it will pay off.

Stick to those cardinal rules and i promise you will see results. It just takes time. If this was easy, everyone would be doing it. Work hard and you can succeed bro
 
If you want to start BB, set some goals
first. Before you start spending money
on supps, get your daily food, and water intake in check so you can then add supps
accordingly.
Talk to people, educate yourself, be humble, patient, and willing to learn.
When things start to fall in place stay
consistent... for years.

Also, use wieghts you can handle perfectly. dont "cheat" and swing your body and such.. Perfect form is what your trying to accomplish.. the heavier weights will come, just takes time and hard work. At your size, if you eat right and train hard, expect some noticeable results in a month-2months
 
lift... train hard... Squat, Press and Deadlift... and EAT EAT EAT... by god boy EAT!











Then in a couple years pump yourself full of all sorts of fun chemicals (some we havent even thought up yet) and get HUGE!
