how does this look im trying to gain some lean mass .. any feedback would be awsome!~!~


7:00
6 eggs 1 corn tortia. 1 slice 12 grain bread. 1scoop of whey

10:15
1 chicken breast

1:00
2 chicken breats 1 cup oatmeal and veggies

3:15
1 1/2 cans of tuna

4:00
Workout

5:30
2 scoops whey with dextrose

7:30
2 chicken breasts or steak with sweet potatoes and veggies

9:30 1 scoop of whey 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
cottage cheese.
 
looks like every standard BBing diet ive ever seen posted.

add some carbs pre workout.

cals looks a little low at a glance, but considering the fact that, like everyone else since the beginning of time, didnt include any sort of stats such as age, height, body type characteristics, etc, the amounts you included are completely irrelevant.
 
im not gonna do the math, but if that diet adds up to 3400 calories or more, then its a good starting point.
