How to calculate Peak T on TRT

I'm on 140 mg E7D of test cyp. I had 2 blood draws on day 6 (trough) and had T levels of 780 and 885 for both. Can anyone share a formula to estimate my peak T level on this protocol? I feel fine. My Estradiol is between 22 and 27.

I'm not seeing a doc for a while due to finances. I'm wondering if my peak on this trough is too high for trt.

First off, if you inject every seven days, isn't your trough on the seventh day, right before your injection?

And for reference, my nurse wants my trough level in the upper third of the range. @ 750-1000. So, if you were seeing my dr. Your level would be right where she wants it to be.

The ideal way is to just get a blood test next time abiutt 24-48 hours after your injection. That should be around your peak time.

If you want to guess... a general rule of thumb that I have heard tossed around is that your TT drops about 100 points every day. But there are a LOT of factors that can influence that.

48 hours after shot on an E7D shot protocol will yield the result you are looking for.
Those are wicked trough levels for E7D shots.

Everyone is a little different, but I will make a rough estimate.

The FDA data sheet for testosterone cyp says it has a biological halflife of about 8 days. I have seen other people on this board use estimates of as low as 5 days and as high as 10 days.

I will use 8 days and guess that your peak occurs about 1 day after injection. Using the 8-day halflife and 5 days between your peak and measurement, I estimate that your peak is 60% higher than your measured value.

Based on the values of 780 and 885 that you gave, I estimate that your peak is between 1200 and 1400 ng/dL. That's quite a high value.

You could probably reduce your dose (saving money) and still feel good with less chance of undesirable sides. If you are getting any ups and downs, you could inject more often. I inject every 4 days and it works very well for me.

He can inject twice a week and have one steady level with less drug. Less estradiol, way better.
Only downside is more scar tissue from the frequent pinning.
