how to carb up while on t3?

i've never really used T3 before so i decided to try it out to see if it's worth implementing in my cuts. been on for about 14 days now and i got up to 100mcg daily, 50 in the morning and 50 before bed. i'm losing fat but i have never looked so fucking flat before.

i know it's not muscle loss because on 700mgs of tren a week, you're not losing any mass. my carb intake are at nearly 200g and im still flat, and i never ever cut on that many carbs.

macros are looking something like 2200 cals, 250g protein, 200g carbs, dont know how many fats i never count them because i never eat direct fat sources.

like everybody here i cant stand looking flat for too long so how do i carb up this weekend while still on t3? should i drop it for 2 days so that i dont have to eat 500g carbs or how do i do this? thanks
 
Hmm Im not sure on this one. Whenever I take t3 or anything that should be fat burning I tend to go on a keto diet.
 
When you say flat does that mean you don't think your muscles look as full? I've had the MOST success running t3 along side of a carb cycle. I have ran t3 with my last 3 cycles and love it. That being said I can barely tell anything from the mirror after 14 days. I'm on week 7 of test/Tren/t3 run and I'm finally starting to some good leanness showing up in the mirror. Best thing I can tell you is if you want to cut, keep running it throughout the cycle.
