how to divide protein over the day?

I eat roughly around 250 grams protein over the day...

I am one lazy f*ck when it comes to making meals, so every morning I make about a half a gallon of protein shakes, and that equals up to around 150grams of protein..but that is like FAST protein. Is this bad or this also ok?

I drink those shakes during the day, but I dont down them like shots....equal divided over the day

I also eat 3 meals per day. Yeah I know, its little, but I aint got time making food 6-8 times per day. I eat until i am really full, and that lasts for 5 hours or so. And always protein rich food like meat and milk-products etc.

around a 30-50-20 percent diet.

Any comments on my food intake and those proteinshakes i am taking?
I am doing this all natural btw...

What about doing what I do. I make all my steaks to last me the week. It takes me(well my GF actually!) about 2 hours to cook everything. I put it all in containers and I bring everything to work. I have a full size fridge right by my desk, so I have easy access to it.

I eat as much real food as I can, and only use shakes for post workout and midnight snacks. And of course the 'on-the-go' meal when I am extremely busy!

I'm big user of shakes, so it does not mean a problem to divide protein intake during my day. And I also can decide which kind of protein at the right moment of the day, egg or whey or blend or casein.

Yea, it works at best for me. And it's easy and quite flexible because it takes very little to change if I change my mind.
Stats: I can tell you in european measures (maybe you can translate for me in am ones).
I'm 37 training for 15 years now. At the moment I'm quite ripped: 1,80m 88kg bf 6/7%. In winter I go up to 95kg and it works for me because I do not want to cut tens of kgs for being in good shape.
Anyway: I think shakes are good because you can chose the kind of protein you want in every moment of your day and according to your target of the moment (bulking, cutting ecc. Very flexible and accurate).
