How to gain muscle mass???

No Pain No Gain...
I am a 20 years old boy....I trainned at a gym for 3 years then there was a gap for more three years as I was out of station for studing.... I have come back to my house and have started tranning again....It has passed about four months and i have gained muscle mass too faster...and my weight has gained about 16 Kgs (but did not gain fat) in just four months....

The problem is that i have stopped gaining mass now but my food intake is still the same as before...I take 5-6 meals everyday...

I even want to go for a bodybuilding competition next year...

Can u friends please suggest me what should i do to increase more muscle mass not fat...
 
As you can gain 35lbs of pure muscle in 4 months, you will probably find the solution by yourself...

congrats if youve actually gained that much lean weight. assuming youre being (somewhat) honest, then youre on the right track. Just eat more to continue gaining weight.

How will it be if I try to use Creatine and Whey Portine....Will it help me???
I will not be able to take steroid as I am only 62 kgs....

If u all agree with Creatine and Whey Protine then please suggest me how will i take them every day....(when ,how and with what)....

creatine and whey are good products.

id use 2-3g of CEE (creatine ester ethyl) before and after workouts, and whey protien after a workout, and whenever you cant get a real meal in.

i recommend a product like BCAA boost or CELL SWELL matrix from the place in my sig to be taken around workout times. They both contain CEE.

As for whey...30-50g after a workout with carbs is a good recommendation. Id really only use whey after workouts and try to get the rest of my protein in from real food. Only use powders when you cant get a real meal in.
