i havent been to the gym since i started working early hrs... been a few months now and i help with a routine that i use. something i can change after a month or two... something with a 3 days split, 1hr max. I dont wanna get bored/burnt out too quickly...
would u recommend not using free weights for a month and to only use machines... should i include any cardio?
