how to hit all 3 heads of DELT

can some peeps hit me up with a delt routine to make sure i hit all the heads properly and effieceintly. Thanks guys
 
Hmm, how about push press, pullups, and toss in some side delt raises at the end to finish them off.

Bench/chest hits anterior delts.

Back work hits posterior delts.

Laterals hit medial delts.

All you'll ever need right there.
 
here is what i had in mind...

Push press
whats the name of the exercise where you pull the bar from waist to your chin?
laterals
reverse flys... sound good or more?


I do pull ups on back day
 
I want to add face pulls for post delt and some trap work too. You look like a dork doing them though and people give you funny looks. I started doing them to balance my shoulders. Had way too much ant delt compared to medial and post from all the pressing I do. Got that pulled in shoulder look for a while that makes you look like you are slouching.
