When I run rui liquid (which is pretty much all I have been using for several years) I run as follows:
Nolva: 40/20/20/20
Clomid: 70/35/35/35

They come with one. I recommend buying a box of 100 for about $15 on Amazon.

Matters which country you're from. I don't get them.

But a pack of 20 3mL oral syringes costs $2 so no big deal
