How to take PCT

Hi, I'm just ending my first 12 week cycle of test cyp today, I just wanted to clarify a few things before I start my pct.
Two weeks from now I'll start taking 50mg ed of clomid and .25mg eod of arimidex, I just want to know is there an optimal time of day to be taking these two?

Should they be taken with food or on an empty stomach?

On the days I'm taking both do they need to be spread out from each other or is it alright if I take them together?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks

I take clomid in the morning. It doesn't matter much I don't think. As far as adex goes u should have been taking that ON cycle not post cycle therapy (pct). I don't use it during post cycle therapy (pct). Empty stomach full stomach doesn't matter.

I would pick up some Nolvadex also.

But it doesnt matter when you take it just as long as you take it ED.

Is this true, I ran my cycle past a lot of people before starting it and nobody ever said that, I was running liquidex throughout it as my Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I was told I need to run anastrozole in conjunction with clomid cause without it the PCT would be too weak, is this true? I hope I didn't fuck up here, I already bought the armidex, is there any point in taking it?

I too would not run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in pct I would run clomid and nolva. Add in nolcva at 40/20/20/20 - mgs/day by the week. So week one= 40mgnolva + 100mg clomid - week two= 20mg nolva 50 mg clomid week 3 etc....

Arimidex and liquidex are the same thing bro.

Anastrozole, Liquidex and Arimidex are all the exact same Aromatase inhibitor (AI). You should have taken it from your first pin all the way till you started your post cycle therapy (pct). You want to run a Clomid/Nolva combo for post cycle therapy (pct), no AI.
