How to train on steroids

You are supposed to train every day non stop during a cycle balls to the wall right?

Dam buddy, that is serious overkill!! Its not all about the training, your diet is 80% 15% lifting and 5% gear!

Your leave each muscle group at least 24hrs to recover and rest days are a must, this is when your muscles will build. Have a read on here, i could go on forever and a day! But I wont lol

I'll bump this i dont care. It came up on my google search results.

It seems to me that those who immediately yell "overtraining!" are lazy and have little drive. I'm sorry but, ESPECIALLY when you're on gear, i don't see it possible to overtrain as long as you're eating enough. Being on cycle and training only 3-4 days a week is laziness.
