I believe any time your run any aas you need to run hcg. Aas shuts down your natural test production and hcg keeps that going basically....so ya run your hcg at 250iu mon and thurs...if your nuts shrink then bump it to 500iu mon and thurs...run that all the way through your cycle..then the day after your last inject of test e (which I like better) inject 500iu everyday for 10 days...then four days later you will start your pct...
