How/When to Test IGF-1 levels when on HGH

I just started some HGH and wondering how I go about testing my IGF 1 levels and what range I should expect them to be.

Also, Is it tested in the AM? after last shot? etc

I do 2IU before bed, at which I am already 7 hours fasted and have another 9 hours fasted ahead of me.

Why do you want to test igf1 to see if your hgh is good?

If you take a full 10iu shot. Fasted anytime Go get your blood tested right away and you should see an increase in igf above reference range
