How will i make the protine shake???

what can be a protine shake for the morning????I mean to say that how will i make the protine shake??? Is there any suppliments known as protine shake or i can make it with any protine suppliments like whey protine or protine powder????

Please make it clear to me what a protine shake is...

yea "protein shakes" are made with protein powder.

Go out to your local vitamin store and buy some protein powder and a shaker cup. Go to the grocery store and pick up some milk. Put the milk and powder together in the shaker cup, shake and drink. Vu-ala.

Pretty sure he's in India, so it may not be an option, hence the need for a thread in the first place.

Go to the supplement store and and buy something called "Protein shake" just ask the guy at the counter.

If you do not have a health food store anywhere near, you can just try 4 eggs and milk. That's the best I can think of!
