how you guys bulk with out looking like a tub of shit!

Got 2 ?'s for you guys. How do you guys shove all that food down(when bulking) and not end up having a gut the size of TORONTO! My friend is on a cycle and is trying to gain as much as possible but his gut is getting bigger(along with his body as well). I would think hes about 15-20%bf.

2)Hes thinking of adding Winstrol (winny) at the end, should he change his diet or keep eating like a horse?

The Winstrol (winny) won't lean him out if that is what you are thinking. It really should be used as part of a cutting cycle when your body fat is already low. And fuck yea he should keep eating. That is how you build muscle. He can always drop the fat later. There was a post here a few months ago about eating for mass. It talked about how the pros often look "like a tub of shit" in the off season. You can deal with this to a certain degree by making sure your bf is low before you start a bulker.
 
13% of body fat is the fatter that I can go consciently.
If I go higher I will feel ugly or like a tube of shit lol.
 
A long slow bulk is better than a rapid weight gain, too much weight too quick usually is a lot of fat. I bulk for a full 8months and my bodyfat is just under 10%, I started at 6%, I won't let my bodyfat get over 13%--then its time to cut.
