i was going through some of the new posts and there was a poll of how many times everyone eats, most said 5-8 times. I try and can maybe eat 3-5 times a day. Do you guys not have jobs, in a normal job routine you eat breakfast , work 8 hours eating maybe twice and then dinner when you get home before or after the gym, and maybe two protein shakes a day. Do most oy you guys out there prepare all your food the night before and like pack a cooler or what's the deal with being able to eat that much. I need some food tips because I'm about to start a cycle and my biggest struggle will be to eat enough.
 
its all about planning and preperation in advance. I precook alot of my chicken a day or 2 before eaten, then just warm it up again. brown rice is easy to precook and store in the fridge. tuna can is easy and fast to open, as well cottage cheese is always ready to eat. if you know that your not going to be able to cook for yourself the next day, put together some meals in portable containers and a soft cooler with an ice pack. I worked from 8-8 sometimes this past summer and had my cooler packed the night before everyday.
 
Every sunday I cook my food for the whole week, the refrigerator is always loaded with meals...

I also care a couple of tuna cans and rice in my backpack so that I know that I always can get some decent food wherever I am.
 
I precook everything the night before and bring it to work with me.
I also make sure that I have some hard boiled eggs handy just in case i get short on time. I also always make sure that I have some tuna with the pull top lid, just in case I don't have a can opener handy.:D
 
hmmm Fyre, the tuna idea is a good one! ;)
I also have meausured out protein powder in a small bottle with me at ALL times, just in case I need something fast while Im on the go and something comes up and I can't get some good food.
 
I work 2 jobs and go to school full time. I can't stress the importance of pre cooked meal. They are the staple of any bodybuilders diet.
