hows my Chest/triceps routine ???

i start out with

dips : 4 sets till failure using my body weight

flat bench : 4 sets of 8 reps

Incline bench : 4 sets of 8-15 reps

incline or decline fly's : 20,15,12,10,8
==============================
tricep extensions : 20,15,12,10,8 reps

tricep pushdowns : 4 sets of 8 (i do a drop set on the last set)

single arm extensions 3 sets of 12

as long as you getting good results then its working. =0)
